Terms of Service

1. Platform Role

HireLocalExperts.com (“Platform,” “we,” “us”) is an online directory that publishes information submitted by independent service providers.

The Platform:

  • Does not perform services.
  • Does not employ listed providers.
  • Does not guarantee quality, licensing, insurance, or performance.
  • Is not a party to any agreement between users and providers.

All service agreements occur directly between users and listed businesses.

2. Listings

Businesses may submit information for inclusion in the directory. By submitting a listing, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to represent the business.
  • All submitted information is accurate and not misleading.
  • You have rights to any logos, images, and other content provided.
  • Your business complies with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

We reserve the right to edit, refuse, suspend, or remove listings at our discretion.

3. Paid Listings & Placement

Listings may require payment. Placement order, visibility, and labeling may vary and may be influenced by paid status. Paid placement does not constitute endorsement.

4. Subscription & Billing

Listings are billed at $5 per month unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing until cancellation.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law.

5. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was a billing error, contact us at hello@hirelocalexperts.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for service disputes, property damage, personal injury, misrepresentation by providers, or business interruption. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireLocalExperts.com from claims arising from your listing content, your services, or your business operations.

8. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
